Plot Parametric Curve

Hey all,

I interpolated stochastic topographic data and generated parametric curves. I'd like to visually compare the linear interpolation and parametric curve but can't find a way to plot the parametric curve. Does anyone know how this can be achieved? Attached is a very simple example.
