getting errors

i downloaded file from comsol.com and follow the every step given in it to build a program. As i try to run program. it is giving following errors
Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
- Variable: material.epsilonr11
- Geometry: 1
- Domain: 1
Failed to evaluate operator Jacobian.
- Operator: mean
- Geometry: 1
- Boundary: 4
Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
- Variable: mod1.temw.epsilonrxx
- Geometry: 1
- Boundary: 4
