I need to simulate a structure (that is attached). I searching for sketching the excess carriers that are generated where the light radiation is on vs. x-axis (at steady state). I tried to do it but i cannot the true results from my simulation. I sent the light radiation between 590 um-610 um, but the excess hole concentration does not decrease to ~10^4 again which can see on the right side of the graph. I also seeking for observation of diffusion length of the excess carriers from the illuminated area. How can i plot such a profile in COMSOL ? Any ideas ?
Regards,
Burak
