sliding friction

Hi, i'm building a sliding friction model; the rubber slides on pyramidal substrate. I set a stationary step (step 1) where the rubber was compressed then in the second step (transient step) the rubber slides with fixed velocity (20 mm/s). I have a problem: the rubber don't slide after compression(step 1 of simulation works well); how can i resolve this problem? Maybe The two steps aren't connected well, maybe i must change the initial condition of step 2...
I inclose the comsol file. Please help me.
