When evaluating fatigue in COMSOL you have to provide the material data yourself. In a fatigue simulation this data is related to the fatigue variables that define a load cycle and finally the fatigue output, such as for example number of cycles to failure, is computed. For strain-life relation you have three options: E-N curve, Basquin relation and Combined Basquin and Coffin-Manson relation. In the E-N option you simply specify the relation between strain amplitude and the corresponding life time, while in the two remaining options the fatigue data is defined with formulas.
