Problem of "could not resolve domain relations"

Hello,

I'm dealing with a 2D network which contains around 80 rectangles intersecting with others. When trying to create a new object using the Booleans → Compose, with a formula r44*r25+r58*r44, I get the error message "could not resolve domain relations". But it works fine for the previous compose component...

Does anyone know why this happens and how to get rid of this problem? I have attached my .mph file.
