Meshing error

Hey, guys I am making a very simple model but I always face the meshing error and I have no clue what to do. I am attaching a picture of the same. Please suggest me what can I do.

Hello Sachin,
It's hard for Discussion Forum users to say anything useful without being able to look at the geometry and mesh sequence. Can you post your file?
One thing I can see from the screenshot you posted is that you're using an older version. The robustness of the tetrahedral meshing algorithms improved at version 5.2, so you may want to try that before spending time trying to modify the model in an older version.
