Capacitance calculation using electromechanics physics

Dear comsol user,

I am trying to get capacitance between two parallel plates. For that I defined an air box around the plates. Then defined the two plates as linear elastic material and also selected boundary of top plate as terminal and bottom plate as ground and grounded the air box also. When I tried to compute I got an error in electric potential saying undefined variable"V". What changes should I make to eliminate the error?

Regards,
Aswathi
