PDE Coefficient Form: how to introduce the h matrix?

Hi everyone
Does anybody know how to introduce the h matrix in the Neumann condition for PDE Coefficient Form? In the Reference Manual h is reported, but in the equation shown in the graphic interface there's no h matrix. How could I introduce this matrix?
