Fracture-matrix cross flow investigation

Hi guys !

I have been studying how to simulate the fracture flow in Porous media for my exam at university.
I have found a good documentation from Comsol but I am the beginner so everything is so complicated to me.

Can anyone show me how to create the figure 7 in attached file ? (if can, send me more detail as possible as you guys can).

I really need a help . I had asked for help many times but no response so far :(
