natural convection 3D

Hi all,
I am using conjugate heat transfer module to simulate the natural convection around a rectangular fin heat sink for LED. only the half of the model is simulated because of the symmetrical geometry.

Boundary conditions:
air side :
all exterior surfaces are set as open boundaries at an ambiant pressure
volume force
symmetry condition
solid side:
heat flux on the bottom surface of the heat sink
symmetry condition

Results: the air velocity is very small and the temperature is very high
The temperature is not diffused on the bottom surface of the air domain

Can anyone help me to solve this problem please?

Thanks in advance.
