It can be separated in to two parts, bottom part and upper part. Bottom part is semiconductor, upper parts is oxide and electrolyte.
I can use semiconductor module for the bottom part, but the problem is I also need to include upper part to solve Poisson equation, so that I can obtain the potential distribution in all domain.
My questions are :
1. Is it possible to extend Poisson equation to upper part? Only Poisson equation. If yes, how?
2. Or I can add Poisson equation to the upper part and connect with the bottom part? If so, how to deal with the boundary?
3. If no, which means I need to build a drift-diffusion model for other physics. Which physics should I couple with Poisson equation as electron continuity equation? tds module? Is there any recommended tutorial?
