From given temperature in certain point, acquire SAR in that point

Hello

I would like to know how much SAR (specific absorption rate) is needed to reach a certain temperature in a point in the brain. It's for a Hyperthermia project.

Usually, as I understand it, SAR is used to calculate the resulting increase in temperature from microwave absorption. Is it possible to go the other way around, i.e. calculating the SAR required to reach a certain temperature?
