I'm doing droplet separation in comsol and I want to know is it possible to control the flow rate in an inlet at the specific time which means I need to start the flow (say,Air) at 40ms.

Hi

Define a step function that starts at t = 40 s. Let's assume it has the name "step1". Than call it as the boundary condition, step1(t). The issue of the time dependent boundary condition is discussed several times in this forum.
